Magnum Builders of Sarasota was contracted to provide Construction Management at Risk Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

Magnum Builders provided a competitive bid to Sarasota Memorial Hospital (SMH) facilities construction division for the interior renovation of a 3,449 SF 3rd floor space in the Silverstein Building which adjoins the SMH Campus.

This project included the modification and construction of an approximately 136-foot-long ramp and stairs at existing Loading Dock. Structural concrete and masonry, railings, utility relocation and modification, storm water diversion, paving and finishes.

Magnum Builders of Sarasota provided General Contracting services in the renovation of the SC Health Department ADA located in Sarasota, FL. This renovation included the restrooms, Pharmacy, DIS room, and breakrooms to increase their compliance with ADA requirements.
