Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Superintendent directs and coordinates specific subcontractors’ work or, where we self perform the work, Magnum Builders’ labor. Tasks include coordination of trades, supervision of line and grade crews, and development and maintenance of project schedules, daily reporting, RFI generation, Safety Notice control, and Quality Control procedure implementation.
